With all administrative authorizations submitted and approved, we have begun the construction with villa number 5, the one closest to the sea. This strategic decision allows us to organize the construction more effectively.
Progress is evident: the structure of the pool and basement has been completed. We are proud to announce that these structures feature 4 layers, ensuring optimal thermal insulation and waterproofing.
The construction is progressing rapidly, aiming to complete the work before the start of the rainy season. In place of villa 1, you will now find our sales office. We warmly welcome you there to provide additional information about our project. You can also view samples of the materials we will use for the finishing touches, allowing you to envision your future home
